I'm curious if ChatGPT, the AI language model, has the capability to generate videos directly. Can it create videos or animations, or is it limited to generating text? If it can't generate videos, are there other AI tools that can? Looking forward to your insights!

To clarify, OpenAI does have other models like DALL·E for images, but for videos, the technology is still emerging and not widely available yet.
Is there any open-source AI tool that generates videos from text prompts? I'd love to experiment with that.

For now, pairing ChatGPT with video generation tools is the best approach. ChatGPT handles the text and concepts, and the video AI tools handle visuals.
If you want to create videos from text, check out Animaker or Lumen5; they use AI to help automate video creation based on your input.
I've used ChatGPT to generate scripts and then used D-ID to create talking head videos from those scripts. It works quite well for explainer videos.
