I've been hearing a lot about people getting banned or restricted from using ChatGPT. Is it actually possible to get banned from ChatGPT? If so, what kind of behavior leads to a ban? I'd like to know what the rules are and how to avoid getting banned while using the service.

I got temporarily blocked once after testing some prompts that broke the usage guidelines. It was frustrating but after the cooldown period, I was able to use ChatGPT again. So yeah, bans can be temporary.
