I'm trying to decide whether to join the OpenClaw team or the Claude Code team for my next project. Both have their strengths and seem popular in the community, but I'm looking for practical comparisons based on experience. Which team offers better collaboration, support, and overall productivity in real-world scenarios? Any insights or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

You should consider your working style. If you like clear roles and processes, OpenClaw is better. If you thrive in a dynamic and less formal environment, Claude Code might suit you more.
Also, OpenClaw has better documentation and onboarding resources, which helped me ramp up quickly.
From my experience, Claude Code has a more innovative culture and encourages out-of-the-box thinking. However, that sometimes comes with a steeper learning curve for new members.
In terms of community support, both have active forums, but Claude Code sometimes has more experimental tools and integrations shared by members.
