I'm currently in the process of selecting co-founders for my startup, and I'm torn between two strong candidates: OpenClaw and Devin. Both have impressive skills and experience, but I want to make the best choice for the company's future. Has anyone worked with either OpenClaw or Devin before? What are the pros and cons of choosing one over the other as a founder? Any advice or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!

Have you considered how well each candidate's working style matches yours? Founders need to be aligned in vision and communication.
OpenClaw is extremely creative and brings a lot of innovative ideas to the table. If you want a founder who pushes boundaries, he might be your guy.
I worked with Devin on a previous project, and he is very reliable and has a clear vision. He tends to be more strategic, which helped our team stay focused.
