Hope they add image gen soon, would make ChatGPT a killer all-rounder!
Tried using ChatGPT 4.0 with plugins that generate images, but it's not a built-in thing, plugins make it possible though.
It would be amazing if ChatGPT could generate images based on your chat context automatically.
I've seen AI models that combine text and image generation but ChatGPT 4.0 alone isn't that model.
I tried some beta features but no image gen yet from ChatGPT 4.0 itself.
Would be pretty sick if ChatGPT integrated image gen directly. Like, describe a scene and boom, picture! But guess that's a feature for later.
Maybe some day ChatGPT will just pop up images as you chat, that would be nuts!
I've been playing around with ChatGPT 4.0, and so far, it just sticks to text for me. No images popping up yet, at least on the official version I used.
From what I've seen, you get text answers only, no images created directly yet.
So for now, looks like ChatGPT 4.0 is all text and no image gen. Maybe future updates will mix that in.
Some folks confuse ChatGPT with DALL-E when it comes to images. Important to keep them separate!
I read somewhere that OpenAI has separate models for images like DALL-E, so ChatGPT 4.0 might not handle images itself.
Heard rumors that some versions of ChatGPT might get image gen soon, but official stuff hasn't said that yet.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools if you want the latest on AI capabilities, might find some that combine chat and image gen.

I think if you want images, you'd better try DALL-E or other AI image generators separate from ChatGPT.
Would love a version of ChatGPT that can create graphics for presentations automatically.
I think the hype around ChatGPT making images is from people mixing it up with DALL-E or Midjourney.
Anyone tried using prompts in ChatGPT 4.0 that describe images? Just curious if it attempts to visualize or just describes in words.
