For me, real-time transcription is a game changer. If the tool can't keep up and transcribe accurately as the convo happens, it's kinda useless.
Besides the usual stuff, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools in this space. They often list the latest and greatest features people are raving about.
I'm really big on integration capabilities. If the tool can’t sync with the CRM or other systems, it just adds more work instead of less.
