Hey folks, recently been diving into how AI is getting involved with mental health support. It's pretty wild how tech is trying to help with stuff like anxiety, depression, and more. Anyone else curious or using these kinds of apps or tools? Would love to hear some real experiences or thoughts on if they're actually helpful or just hype.
