Hey folks, lately I've been noticing that I kinda lean on ChatGPT for almost everything, and I'm wondering if that's a bad habit or just the new normal? Anyone else feel like they're relying on AI a bit too much? Would love to hear your thoughts or how you balance it!

I think it's fine as long as you're aware of it and try to keep your skills sharp in other ways too.
Lol same, sometimes I feel like ChatGPT is my brain now. Kinda scary but also cool.
I don't think it's bad at all. We use calculators for math, why not AI for info nowadays? Just gotta know when to switch off.
I think it's just a new skill to learn — knowing when to rely on AI and when to trust yourself. Takes time to get that balance.
I use ChatGPT a lot but also try to learn from its answers rather than just copy 'em. Makes it feel like a partner not a crutch.
People have been worried about new tech taking over for centuries. ChatGPT's just the latest. It'll be fine as long as we stay mindful.
Using ChatGPT for brainstorming is awesome but I do try to write my own stuff after so it's still my ideas.
Sometimes I forget how to do super simple stuff without ChatGPT haha. Definitely a bit too reliant, gotta fix that.
I heard you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that might help balance your workflow, not just ChatGPT.
Yeah, I get you. Sometimes I catch myself asking ChatGPT for stuff I used to just figure out on my own. Feels a bit lazy but kinda saves time too.
If you're worried, maybe try doing tasks both with and without ChatGPT and compare how it feels or what you learn.
I've started setting limits for myself, like only using ChatGPT after a certain amount of research. Helps me not get too dependent.
Honestly, I think it depends on what you're using it for. If it's just for quick info or ideas, it's fine. But relying on it for everything could stunt your learning.
