Hey folks, I'm on the hunt for an AI-powered email helper that can easily sync up with whatever email service I use. Has anyone tried something like that or got any recommendations? Would love to hear your experiences or tips!

I've been using an AI assistant that seamlessly connects with Gmail and Outlook, but not sure about other providers. It really helps with sorting and replying fast though.
I use a tool that also integrates with calendar and tasks, so it’s more than just email. It syncs fine with multiple providers too, which is handy.
Some tools claim to support any provider but they actually just support a handful behind the scenes. So test before buying!
Just chiming in to say that you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have some fresh options that are pretty flexible with email platforms.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this but some AI tools also let you customize the AI's behavior or responses based on your preferences, which is pretty neat.
Been searching for a while and I think the key is that the AI tool supports standard email protocols and OAuth rather than being locked to one service.
One thing to note is some providers might block third-party AI tools or flag them. Worth double-checking before you commit.
When it comes to AI email, latency can be a problem if the tool isn't optimized well. Anyone notice delays when integrating with certain providers?
Are there AI email helpers that also suggest responses based on your style? It'd be cool if those also worked with any email provider.
Anyone here tried open-source AI email tools? Wondering if they tend to be more flexible with providers.
I tried a few AI assistants and found that the ones with good customer support tend to handle multi-provider issues better since they help you configure things properly.
If you're worried about security, look for tools that do local processing or encrypt your data before sending it anywhere. Compatibility is great but privacy matters too.
Honestly, sometimes simpler is better. Just get an AI tool that integrates via IMAP/SMTP; that way, you don't have to worry about specific email providers.
I found one that works with almost everything since it uses the email provider's API and falls back to IMAP if needed. It's been smooth for me so far.
I've been using one that can plugin to basically any provider since it relies on OAuth for authentication. Gives me peace of mind without complicated logins.
