Hey folks, I'm trying to get a handle on which companies are leading the way in AI tools that help understand customers better. There seems to be loads out there, but I'm looking for ones that really stand out in making customer data useful and actionable. Any recommendations or experiences you can share?

Honestly, I've been disappointed by some tools that promise AI but just do basic analytics. Make sure you check if they offer real machine learning models that adapt over time.
I've been using a couple of AI platforms for customer insights, and honestly, the difference it makes in marketing is huge. Some providers really nail data integration and ease of use though.
