Sometimes using a different browser helps. I switched from Safari to Chrome and it got better for me.
Sometimes just switching from mobile to desktop or vice versa can fix weird responsiveness issues.
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies. Sometimes that causes weird glitches with ChatGPT.
Make sure your internet connection is stable. I once had this problem because my WiFi was cutting out every few minutes.
Sometimes it’s just server overloads. ChatGPT can get tons of traffic sometimes, so waiting it out is all you can do.
Clearing the cache didn't help me last night but restarting my router did the trick.
Yeah, this happens to me sometimes too. Usually, I just refresh the page or restart my browser and it works again. Don't overthink it!
I had to disable my ad blocker once because it was blocking some ChatGPT scripts from loading.
Try disabling any experimental browser flags or beta features you have enabled, they might cause instability.
I also check if my browser and OS are updated. Outdated software can throw errors with newer web apps.
Restarting the device can fix a lot of weird issues, including chatbots acting up.
Also check if your firewall or antivirus isn’t blocking some of ChatGPT’s functions.
Sometimes I disable browser extensions because they mess with the site’s scripts and cause issues.
If the site’s down or overloaded, there’s not much you can do but wait. OpenAI usually posts updates on their status page I think.
Make sure your browser supports WebSockets since ChatGPT relies on it to communicate properly.
Last thing I’d say is to check if ChatGPT is blocked on your network, like at school or work. Network restrictions can cause issues too.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. Sometimes trying a different AI service helps when one is down.
In my experience, clearing cookies is more effective than cache for this kind of glitch.
Sometimes logging out and back in helps reset the session and fix responsiveness.
If you’re using a VPN, try turning it off. Sometimes VPNs cause connectivity hiccups with certain services.
