You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that are trying to offer mental health support through AI. Some apps are really trying to bridge that gap.
Just wanna add that ChatGPT might sometimes give generic advice or miss context, so take its responses with a grain of salt.
Some people might find it easier to open up to a bot, no judgment and all that, but it’s not trained for crisis situations so be careful.
