Hey folks, I've been trying to find some good free options like ChatGPT to play around with. Not looking for anything super fancy, just something that can chat and help out without charging me. Anyone got suggestions or personal favorites? Would appreciate some tips!

Anyone tried the free tier of Jasper AI? Heard it’s more marketing focused but has chat features.
AI Dungeon has a free tier and uses GPT models, great if you wanna do creative stories with AI.
Try Replika if you want a chatbot that’s more about companionship. Free tier available, kinda different use case tho.
If you know some coding, you can fine-tune smaller models yourself and run locally for free.
Some Discord servers host free AI bots you can chat with, fun way to try new bots.
Look into OpenAssistant, it’s an open-source project aiming to be a good ChatGPT alternative. Still growing but promising.
