Hey everyone, I've been looking into how AI is changing the way companies hire people. It's kinda wild how much tech is helping recruiters now, but also a bit confusing to figure out what's really useful. Anyone else trying out these AI tools for recruitment? Would love to hear your take on it!

I tried an AI resume scanner once and it totally freaked out on creative CVs. Felt like a bad fit for anyone not using traditional resume formats.
One of the best things about AI tools is how they speed up scheduling interviews automatically. Big time saver for my team!
If you're looking for more AI recruitment stuff or wanna keep up with the latest, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. Found some neat ones there recently.
I’m a bit skeptical about relying on AI for hiring decisions. What if it makes a bad call and you lose a great candidate?
I think AI tools are great for getting rid of initial screening drudgery, but the final call still needs a human touch. Machines can't really gauge culture fit or soft skills well.
Do you think these AI recruitment tools are worth the cost for smaller businesses? Seems pricey to me.
Anybody else worried about bias in these AI tools? I mean, if the data it learns from is biased, it might just keep that going.
Some of these tools integrate well with existing HR software, which is a big plus. Makes the whole recruitment process smoother.
It's kinda wild how AI can analyze tone and word choice in interviews now. Tech is moving fast!
Anyone here tried AI chatbots for the first round of interviews? Wondering if they’re actually effective or just a gimmick.
I've tried a couple of these AI recruitment platforms and honestly, they save a lot of time sorting through resumes. But sometimes it feels like they're a bit too rigid and miss good candidates who don't fit the usual mold.
