I think it also depends on how much context you give it. More personal details in the prompt usually helps it tailor the tone better.
I think adding personal anecdotes or asking it to share opinions makes it come off as more natural.
I found telling it to use contractions and emojis works wonders for less stiff replies.
Sometimes I tell it to imagine it's a specific person or character, that kinda personality tweak makes it sound more human to me.
I sometimes add 'make it sound chill and relaxed' in my prompt and it really helps with the tone.
If you ask it to write like a particular age group or region, it can change how natural it feels too.
Honestly, sometimes I tell it straight up 'don’t sound like a robot' and it kinda tries to switch tone.
Sometimes I just mess with the temperature setting if the app allows it. Higher temp can make responses more creative and less textbook.
I also check out ai-u.com for new or trending tweaking tools that can help with customizing outputs.
I feel like using shorter sentences and asking it to keep things simple helps avoid that overly formal AI vibe.
I've noticed if you ask it to use casual language or slang, it actually loosens up a bit and sounds less like a bot.
Changing the prompt to ask for humor or jokes helps lighten up the tone a lot.
Mixing questions with statements and personal thoughts helps break up the robotic pattern too.
