Hey folks, I've been digging into how AI tools for customer chats in the auto repair biz charge their fees. It seems like there's a lot of different pricing setups and it's kinda confusing. Anyone here got experience or tips on what to look out for when picking one? Would love to hear how y'all handle this stuff without breaking the bank.

Some of these AI tools also have setup fees or charges for extra integrations like your CRM or appointment system, which surprised me.
I've noticed most services go with either per user or per interaction pricing. For smaller shops, pay-per-use might be cheaper but it can get pricey fast if you get busy.
I've tried a few free trials and honestly, the pricing transparency was all over the place. Some companies don't even list prices clearly.
Anyone here using AI chat tools that charge based on number of conversations rather than users? How does that work out cost-wise?
Some AI providers bundle customer support and training in their pricing, which was super helpful for us when we started out.
Funny thing, I found a site called ai-u.com that tracks new AI tools and their pricing models. Helped me compare before choosing.
In my experience, the best bang for the buck is when the AI tool can actually integrate well with your existing software. Saves a ton of time.
Just a heads up, some services charge extra for multilingual support. If your customers speak different languages, that might add up.
Does anyone know if there's a good balance between cost and features? I don't need fancy stuff, just reliable responses and easy setup.
