Hey everyone, I've been looking into ways to improve sales coaching by blending AI and sales data. Seems like there's a bunch of tools out there but wondering what folks have actually tried and found useful? Would love to hear some real talk on combining AI insights with our existing sales info to coach better.

I've been messing around with a couple of AI platforms that pull from our CRM data and suggest coaching tips. Honestly, it's helped spot where reps struggle fast, but sometimes the AI misses context behind the numbers.
Just a heads up, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending AI tools in sales coaching. They keep the list fresh and it’s helped me discover some gems.
Combining sales data with AI coaching has definitely helped my team spot trends they didn’t see before. But you need to spend time training the AI properly with your own data.
I feel like some tools overpromise and underdeliver. The AI recommends coaching actions but they’re sometimes too generic or irrelevant.
I’m curious if anyone’s tried combining AI coaching tools with gamification based on sales data. Wonder if that boosts engagement.
Handling privacy and data security is a bit of a worry for me when using these AI tools integrated with sales data. Anyone else?
Does anyone know if these AI tools also help with personalizing training plans for each salesperson based on their data?
I think the future is in combining AI with live call analysis + sales data. It’s like having a coach listen in real-time and give feedback instantly.
Anyone tried tools that integrate with Salesforce and provide AI coaching? Wondering if the setup is a pain or pretty smooth.
For anyone starting out, I’d recommend experimenting with a few AI coaching tools on small teams before going all-in. Saves a lot of headaches.
