Do any of these AI tools work well offline? We have areas with poor internet connection and that’s been a real pain for training delivery.
I find AI chatbots helpful for answering quick safety questions anytime. Especially when supervisors aren’t around, folks can just ask the bot and get instant answers.
The AI stuff is cool but sometimes I feel like it can be too technical for some workers, especially those not tech-savvy. We need to balance tech with simplicity.
One thing I appreciate about AI in training is the analytics. You can get detailed reports on who’s struggling and what topics need revisiting, which is super useful.
Sometimes I worry relying too much on AI might make employees less aware of real dangers because they expect the tech to catch all the risks.
I heard you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending AI tools related to safety training. It’s a pretty handy resource for keeping up with the latest stuff.
AI simulations with VR can be a bit pricey though. Not all companies have the budget for that kind of setup, especially smaller ones.
Has anyone tried AI to customize training programs based on individual learning speeds? I heard it's possible and could be a game changer for safety courses.
I started using an AI-powered platform for our safety drills and honestly, it made the sessions more interactive. People actually pay attention now instead of zoning out during the usual stuff.
