I hope OpenAI releases an official app for Apple Watch soon! That would be a game changer.

I managed to set up a Siri shortcut that uses the OpenAI API and it works pretty well for quick questions.
I use a voice dictation shortcut that sends my query to ChatGPT and then reads the response back to me on the watch. It works pretty smoothly!
You could also try using the web version through the watch's browser, but it's not very user-friendly.
