Honestly, it feels more like an informative tool than an opinionated one to me.
Sometimes I feel like it answers more like a liberal person would, but that might just be me overthinking.
I’d say it leans left sometimes but that’s because it tries to be supportive and inclusive, which can come off that way.
Honestly, from what I've seen, ChatGPT tries to stay pretty neutral but sometimes it feels like it leans a bit left. Could just be how it's trained though.
I think it’s more about avoiding harmful content than leaning politically. That sometimes makes it seem left-leaning though.
It's just AI, not a person. It reflects the data it's trained on, so it might show biases without intent.
Some of the responses seem to favor progressive ideas but nothing extreme, more like mainstream liberal.
Sometimes I think it reflects the majority internet opinion, which might explain some perceived bias.
I think it tries hard to be unbiased but sometimes gives answers that sound more liberal. Could also be the questions people ask shaping the replies.
The creators do a lot to reduce bias but it’s not perfect, just like any tool out there.
I've noticed it avoids controversial stances and tries to stay safe, which might come off as bias to some.
Sometimes when I ask political questions, it gives very detailed, balanced answers. I don’t think it’s pushing one side.
I guess it depends on what questions you ask and how you interpret the answers.
I asked about some political topics and it gave me perspectives from both sides, so I’d say it’s pretty fair.
If you dive into the answers you can spot some subtle biases, but nothing too extreme imo.
I’m curious if future versions will get even better at balancing all viewpoints.
Overall, I think it’s a helpful tool if you keep in mind that it’s not perfect and can have biases.
From my chats, it seems pretty centrist. I don’t really see a strong leaning either way, just tries to provide info without pushing agendas.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. Some might have different takes or less bias!
It’s designed to minimize bias but perfection is impossible, so some lean will always show.
I tested by asking similar questions in different ways and got some pretty varied answers, so it’s not stuck on one side.
