Akila digital twin platform

Akila is a digital twin platform made for buildings and property portfolios. The platform collects real time data using IoT devices and centralizes it all in a data lake, which can then be visualized in a variety of dashboards and within the 3D virtual model itself. There are five SUITES within the platform which expand the features used in different areas of building operations: Energy, Environment, Property, Asset, and ESG. Each SUITE consists of several modules which help with monitoring, optimization, work order management, or a variety of other features. Furthermore, Akila integrates third party tools from an ecosystem of innovative partners specialized in AI, VR, or other emerging tech. We can also integrate data and functionality from existing smart building tools such as BMS or EMS, so that Akila can serve as the single source of truth for all building operations from one site to a global portfolio.
