The Aledade (SDC ML) EHR Overlay is a product elaboration and discovery extension for your EHR. It uses machine learning to help identify fields within your EHR for product elaboration and discovery. By using the EHR Overlay, you acknowledge that it may surface potential diagnoses, and you and your practice are ultimately responsible for accurate code selection and completing supportive documentation. Access and use of this application are considered “Confidential Information” of the ACO (a subsidiary of Aledade, Inc.) and are subject to nondisclosure obligations. This is a staging version, not a production version.
The Aledade EHR Overlay integrates with your existing EHR system. It uses machine learning to identify relevant fields for product elaboration and discovery. Access and use are governed by an existing agreement between you and the ACO.
