Does askPPC Work With All Amazon PPC Types?

At the moment, no. Currently askPPC only works with Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands. It analyses advertising for Seller Central or Vendor Central products with manual or automatic targeting.

At the moment askPPC works only with English language Amazon advertising accounts. We'll expand this starting with the countries where the demand is greatest.

My Data Is Confidential. Will AI Models Be Trained On It?

No. We've designed askPPC so that none of your confidential data is ever sent to any AI Model. The only information that we pass to the AI is your query and our background prompt to tell it precisely what to do and how to do it.

Which AI Models Do You Use?

We select from the leading AI models currently available from companies including OpenAI (GPT) and Anthropic (Claude). As new, improved models become available we will test them and, if they are good enough, we'll add them to AskPPC and use them to improve the service for you even more.

How Do You Get My Data?

When you sign up with askPPC, we'll show you how to link it to your Amazon Advertising account. Once that's done we'll start downloading the advertising history that Amazon makes available - currently 60 days. As soon as that process is complete - it usually takes a few minutes - we'll send you an email and you can start chatting with your data with askPPC.

Connecting to your Amazon Advertising account is simple. We'll guide you through the process step by step when you sign up. It usually takes less than 5 minutes.

How Long Does A Query Take To Run?

Generally under 20 seconds, sometimes much faster. The time depends on the complexity of the query.

Can I Download My Results?

Yes! You can download your analysis in a CSV file, a format which is easily read by spreadsheets like Excel & Google Sheets. And you can filter and sort them onscreen too.

Do Queries Ever Fail?

Increasingly rarely, but it's not unknown. We are constantly working to reduce failed queries to zero. We constantly review our logs of failed queries so that we can refine and improve askPPC. If you're ever unsuccessful with a query then simply try it again, rewording it to make it clearer if you can. And relax... any unsuccessful queries don't count against your monthly quota.

How Do The Monthly Quotas Work?

Your quota is the maximum number of queries that you can make in a month. Unused queries don't carry over to the following month. It's not currently possible to "top-up" your quota if you use it up, though this is something that we will look at if there's a demand for it.

Can I Trust My Results 100%?

Accepted Answer

AI is constantly improving and, overall is incredibly reliable but, as companies like OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft and Google will tell you... it can make mistakes. How you use askPPC is completely up to you, but our recommendation would be to use it as an aid in your decision making. If you're going to make big decisions about your Amazon advertising then askPPC can highlight areas to investigate but we'd recommend that you double check using your Amazon Advertising onscreen data or downloaded spreadsheet reports rather than relying on AI entirely.

Do You Have An Affiliate Program?

Yes we do. It pays $5 per month for every customer that you refer to us, for as long as they are an askPPC paying customer. There are no limits. That means that it's easy to pay for your own askPPC subscription (with as few as 4 signups) and then to make some passive income too!
