RecCloud has introduced "credits" as a new unit for using AI-related features on the platform. By purchasing an annual or weekly RecCloud membership, you'll receive credits based on the membership type. If you need additional credits after becoming a member, you can buy more through the "Upgrade Credits" option. Credits are deducted based on the features you use and the credit consumption rules.

Are Purchased Credits Permanent?

If you buy credits through the "Upgrade Credits" option after becoming a RecCloud member, these credits are permanent and never expire. However, credits included with RecCloud membership plans are only valid during the membership period. Once your membership expires, these bonus credits will also expire and can no longer be used.

Is Membership Universal?

When you purchase a RecCloud membership, your VIP account can be used across all platforms—mobile, tablet, and desktop—unlocking all corresponding VIP features.

What are the differences among Basic, Pro, and Business Members?

The main difference lies in the number of complimentary credits provided. Other benefits are the same for both Basic and Pro Members, and both are strictly for personal, non-commercial, and non-profit use. Business Members, in addition to enjoying more benefits, are allowed to use the generated audio and video files for commercial and profit-making purposes.
