“Where’s My Staff” is a SaaS that can replace complex and costly attendance systems and conventional tracking devices applied in all small, medium-sized organizations and enterprises. "Where’s My Staff" application allows managers to track their employees wherever they are for managerial purposes including arrival and departure times as well as day-to-day tasks and deliverables. This solution is applicable for both your internal team and those who represent you outside of the office. The Virtual Attendance Machine (for internal staff): With the use of NFC technology, managers can track their employees’ whereabouts inside company headquarters. You can now turn your employee’s phones into a virtual attendance machine. All you have to do is setup an NFC Tag on the physical entrance and/or exit of your company so that your employees can tap their phones on it to check-in and checkout. And you’re done! The Employees Locator (for external staff): For those who are always on the move and representing you outside of the office (whether for running errands or attending meetings), our app will track their different locations via GPS. Employees will have to check-in and checkout of their locations providing their GEO positions and therefore directly appearing on the map which you, as a manger will have access to. With "Where’s My Staff" application, managers will be able to: • Check the log reports at any time • Check employees’ working hours (log history, number of working hours completed etc…) • Check employees’ logs directly if mobile phones employees are using are online. If these are offline, the logs will begin to synchronize once they are online again and only then will the managers be able to view them. With "Where’s My Staff" application, employees will be able to check-in and checkout whether the phone is online or offline.
