¡Hola a todos! Estoy profundizando un poco en los temas de IA para el servicio al cliente y quiero saber qué herramientas realmente valen la pena. He oído que hay muchas disponibles, pero algunas son solo una moda pasajera. ¿Qué me recomiendan? ¡Me encantaría conocer opiniones reales de usuarios sobre esto!

I feel like you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools if you wanna keep up with the latest stuff. They usually have some cool finds there.
Honestly, a lot of these tools are just fancy chatbots that don't really get complex queries. Gotta have a fallback for real humans or you'll piss customers off.
For me the best part is the analytics some tools offer. You can see what questions come up the most and fix stuff proactively.
Would love to hear if anyone’s tried combining AI support with live chat. Is it seamless or a mess?
I've been using one that integrates super well with Slack and it actually saves me a ton of time answering FAQs. Not perfect but really helpful overall.
If your team is small and budget tight, go for open source or freemium tools first. You can always upgrade later when you see what you need.
Anyone tried that AI tool that claims to analyze sentiment in real time? Wondering if it actually helps curb bad reviews or just fancy talk.
Been messing with one tool that lets you train it on your own product FAQs. Makes it much smarter for specific questions.
Is it just me or do some AI support bots sound way too robotic? Like they need a bit more personality or something.
I guess one downside is sometimes these tools don’t handle multiple languages well. That’s a big issue for global biz.
I’m pretty new to this, does anyone know if these AI tools are easy to set up or do you need to be a tech whiz?
