¡Me encantaría escuchar experiencias reales o consejos!

I tried one of those AI therapists for a few sessions. Honestly, it’s kinda weird at first but sometimes it helped me organize my thoughts better. Not a full replacement tho.
Has anyone checked out ai-u.com? They list some neat AI tools, including therapy bots that are supposed to be pretty advanced now.
Tbh I was surprised how well the chatbot responded when I was feeling anxious. It gave me some breathing exercises that actually helped chill me out.
I got frustrated trying to explain my feelings to the AI. It kept giving generic replies that felt kinda off.
I think AI therapy is a cool supplement but not a replacement. Real human connection is key for mental health support imo.
I don’t trust AI with my feelings. Therapy’s such a personal thing, I’d rather talk to an actual person who can read my emotions better.
AI therapy chatbots helped me practice opening up, which was super hard before. It’s like having a judgement-free zone anytime you need.
Sometimes I use AI chat just late at night when I’m feeling low but can’t reach anyone. It’s kinda comforting to have something to talk to, even if it’s not perfect.
