Usar ChatGPT para la transcripción de archivos MP3

Has anyone combined Whisper and ChatGPT for a smooth transcription and summary workflow?

Is there an easy free tool for mp3 to text conversion you guys recommend?

Anyone tried using ChatGPT with videos? I guess same deal as audio, need to transcribe first?

For some quick notes, I just play the audio near my phone and use its voice memo to text feature, then clean up with ChatGPT.

I’ve used some online tools that transcribe mp3s and then pasted the text here to summarize or rewrite. Works pretty smooth.

Does anybody know if there are plans to add audio transcription directly into ChatGPT? That'd be a game changer.

Just wanna add that sometimes transcriptions have errors, so always double-check before trusting it 100%.

You might want to check out Whisper by OpenAI, it’s designed for transcribing audio and works pretty well with mp3s.

I wish there was a plugin or extension that integrated transcription right into ChatGPT interface.

Keep in mind the accuracy depends a lot on the audio quality if you’re using other transcription tools before ChatGPT.

I tried uploading an mp3 directly to ChatGPT and it just ignored the file, so no luck here.

What about privacy? Uploading mp3s to random sites freaks me out a bit.

I gave it a shot but ChatGPT itself doesn't handle audio uploads directly. You gotta convert the audio to text using some other tool first.

Sometimes I wonder if it’s better to just learn a bit of transcription tech than wait for AI to do everything.
