Some tools claim they can detect AI text, but from what I’ve seen, it’s hit or miss. ChatGPT can be too fluent and human-like sometimes.
I've noticed some checkers highlight AI text when it’s super generic or lacks personal flair, but clever prompts can fool them.
Does anyone know if ChatGPT itself leaves any fingerprint in the text? Like some patterns that software can pick up?
I wonder if universities will update their policies soon to deal better with AI-generated assignments.
It’s kinda scary how easy it is to bypass these tools with simple tweaks to AI output.
I feel like this will get easier in the future though. AI detection tech will catch up as AI content becomes more common.
I've tried a few popular checkers, and honestly, they mostly miss AI-generated text. It's pretty clever at sounding original, so it doesn't flag as copied.
I heard about some new AI detection tools popping up. Anyone tried those? Do they work better than classic plagiarism checkers?
Honestly, I think the best way is to combine these tools with human review. AI detection tech is evolving but not quite there yet.
I use plagiarism checkers mostly to catch copied stuff, not AI content. So far, they do their job on that front pretty well.
Anyone actually caught a plagiarized AI text using these checkers? Just curious about real success stories.
Sometimes AI detection tools mistake well-written human text for AI, which is kinda unfair. Smarter writing can get you flagged.
