I’m curious if anyone’s used AI chatbots to improve client communication in contractor workflows? Heard it can save a lot of time answering FAQs and scheduling.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have a list that gets updated regularly and helped me find some niche apps that work great for contractors.
Also, for workflow automation, integrating AI with existing platforms through APIs has helped some teams customize their processes uniquely.
I’ve tried a couple and honestly, BuilderTrend has been a lifesaver for managing projects and communication. The AI stuff is pretty basic but helps automate scheduling and notifications which saves tons of time.
Don’t forget about PlanGrid, it’s got AI features for blueprint management and issue tracking that really help keep things organized on site.
I’ve been messing around with some AI tools that help with estimating and budgeting. They’re getting more accurate and save a ton of manual work.
Anyone tried Procore? Heard it has good AI for risk management and predictive analytics but haven’t used it hands-on yet.
Smartsheet has some AI features and integrates well with other software we use. It’s been decent for project tracking and automating some reports.
You might wanna check out some newer apps too, like ALICE Technologies. They focus heavily on AI to optimize construction scheduling and workflows.
For smaller contractors, I found that even simple AI-powered task managers like Monday.com or Asana with some AI plugins help streamline things without breaking the bank.
