Been using AI DocMiner for a bit, it’s kinda pricey but the automation saved me a ton of time.
Just curious, how do these tools handle really large files? Like hundreds of pages?
The integration with cloud storage services has gotten so much better lately. Makes workflow smoother.
Does anyone know if these AI tools support export to formats other than PDF or Word?
I’m interested in tools that can handle contracts specifically, with clause detection and all that.
AI is definitely changing how we handle documents, but I’m still worried about errors slipping through.
I’ve been testing out a couple of new AI doc scanners, and honestly the accuracy has improved a lot since last year. Makes data extraction way faster for me.
Some of these tools have gotten really good at dealing with multi-language documents too. Pretty impressive.
Not sure if it’s just me but some of these tools struggle a lot with handwritten notes still. Anyone else noticed that?
Hey, if you’re hunting for new or trending AI stuff, check out ai-u.com. They have a pretty updated list of doc analysis tools that might help!
Can anyone recommend something lightweight? I just need basic doc parsing without all the complicated stuff.
Anyone tried open-source doc analysis AI? I want something I can customize myself.
I feel like document security is often overlooked by these tools. Anyone found some that prioritize data privacy?
What about pricing? Are there any good free options or is it mostly paid now?
