Best Tools for AI Image Upscaling

Does anyone here do batch upscaling? I need to process hundreds of images and manual work is a nightmare.

Does anyone know if these tools keep the original aspect ratio or do they stretch the images sometimes?

I once used letsenhance.io, but the free version is super limited. The quality was good though!

Topaz Gigapixel AI has been my go-to for a while now. The detail it recovers is pretty impressive.

I've been playing with Remini app, it’s mainly for faces but does a great job upscaling photos.

Sometimes I feel like AI upscaling tools mess up the colors, making them look off. Anyone else noticed that?
