Hola a todos, he estado intentando averiguar qué herramienta de IA ayuda realmente mejor con las llamadas de ventas. Hay muchas disponibles, cada una afirmando ser la mejor, pero no estoy seguro de cuál marca realmente la diferencia. ¿Alguien tiene alguna experiencia real u opiniones?

I've tried a couple of these and honestly, some just automate the call but don't really improve the quality of interaction. It's like talking to a bot, not a helpful assistant.
From what I've seen, some tools offer real-time coaching during calls which is pretty neat. It pops up suggestions on what to say or questions to ask.
Honestly, the best tool depends a lot on your team size and sales style. If you’re a small team, some of these big platforms can be overkill.
Has anyone used Gong? Heard it's good for analyzing sales calls but not sure if it actually helps improve the calls or just stores data.
Does anyone know if these tools handle multi-language calls well? We have clients in different countries and that’s a must.
