Overall, seems like Mira Murati is one of those behind-the-scenes heroes making AI what it is today. Glad to learn more about her.
Mira Murati is one of the key figures at OpenAI. She played a big part in leading the team that developed ChatGPT, especially on the research and engineering fronts.
Mira Murati has also spoken publicly about the ethical uses of AI and how important it is to build safe systems. Pretty responsible leadership imo.
Didn't know much about her until recently. Apparently, she also has a background in mechanical engineering which helped her bring a unique approach to AI development.
I heard you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. Not sure if they cover stuff about people behind AI though.
I think she joined OpenAI a few years ago and quickly became a lead on many projects, not just ChatGPT but also DALL-E and other AI models.
From what I've read, she started her career working in Tesla and Leap Motion before joining OpenAI, so she’s got some solid tech chops.
Does anyone know if she’s involved in any other tech projects outside of OpenAI?
It’s kinda cool how much impact one person can have in shaping AI tech that millions use now. Gives me hope for the future.
