There seems to be a bunch of emerging tools out there and would love to hear what y'all are using or recommend. Any cool AIops platforms or tools that have really helped with automation, incident management, or predictive analytics? Let's share some insights!

I've tried a few newer AIops platforms that focus on event correlation and predictive alerts, and honestly some of them beat the heavyweights in flexibility. Not mentioning names here but def worth exploring the lesser-known ones!
One thing I learned is that a lot of these AIops tools really shine when you customize their machine learning models to your environment instead of using default settings. Otherwise, you get too many false positives.
We switched to an AIops tool last year that really helped us with predictive maintenance alerts. It wasn’t one of the giants but the AI capabilities were top-notch and saved us downtime.
The alert noise reduction is a lifesaver for us. Using AI to cut down on unnecessary alerts has freed up tons of time for the team.
With all these AI tools, how do you handle transparency and explainability? Sometimes the AI decisions feel like a black box to our team.
Honestly, I think the key to success with any AI tool in IT ops is having a solid data foundation. Garbage in, garbage out for sure.
I've been playing with open source AIops tools lately. They can be a bit rough around the edges but offer great customization if you have the skills to tweak them.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending AIops tools that aren't mainstream yet. It’s a nice place to discover fresh options.
Does anyone else find that some AIops platforms are way too complex for smaller teams? We need something lightweight and effective, not a whole project in itself.
