Hola a todos, he estado investigando opciones de herramientas para la formación en ventas que realmente adapten sus recomendaciones a los representantes individuales. Es bastante difícil encontrar algo que personalice realmente la experiencia y no sea simplemente una solución genérica. ¿Alguien ha probado alguna herramienta que ofrezca recomendaciones sólidas de formación basadas en datos reales? ¡Me encantaría conocer sus opiniones o consejos!

Totally agree, finding tech that actually personalizes coaching is tough. Most tools just throw generic tips at you which aren’t super helpful.
Have you looked at any tools that use machine learning to suggest coaching topics based on sales data? I’ve seen a few demos that look promising.
Anyone using tools that integrate with CRM to provide coaching suggestions based on deal stages and rep activity? Curious how well that works.
I tried a couple of platforms but they were one-size-fits-all. My reps didn’t find much value 'cause it wasn’t tailored to their style or challenges.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have a good list of up to date AI-driven coaching software that might help.
