I’m trying to use it for creative stuff more than straight answers, to boost my imagination rather than just facts.
Honestly, I think if you rely on it too much without critical thinking, it can make you lazier. But if you use it as a tool to learn and challenge yourself, it’s a big help.
I guess it also depends on your goals. If you want to learn deeply, AI should be just a tool, not a shortcut.
I mix tech time with old school stuff like books and puzzles to keep my brain active. AI shouldn’t replace real thinking exercises.
Sometimes, I use ChatGPT to explain concepts I’m struggling with. But then I try to teach someone else the same thing, that really makes me process it fully.
I try not to use ChatGPT for simple answers, only when I’m stuck or need a new perspective. That way I’m still training my brain daily.
I totally get where you're coming from. I try to use ChatGPT more like a brainstorming buddy rather than just getting answers. Keeps my mind engaged instead of zoning out.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools that might help you learn smarter without losing your critical thinking.
Sometimes discussing the AI’s answers with friends helps me see different angles and keeps me thinking critically.
Honestly, mixing AI use with real life problem solving has helped me stay sharp and efficient.
I feel like moderation is key. Chatbots are cool, but don’t let them do all the thinking for ya!
Sometimes I catch myself just accepting what it says without thinking. Need to be more mindful about that.
I noticed I started just copying answers without thinking a lot at first. Then I forced myself to pause and think before reading what it suggests. Big difference!
I love how ChatGPT helps me draft stuff but I always add my own twist so it’s really me behind the words.
I think it’s fine as long as you don’t stop learning on your own. Use it as a supplement, not a substitute.
I try to limit my AI use to 30 mins a day so I don’t get lazy or too dependent.
Sometimes I use it to quiz myself after I’ve studied something to see if I really got it.
I think over time, relying on AI can dull your problem-solving skills if you’re not careful. Gotta keep challenging yourself regularly.
