I think compared to something like Premiere Pro or Final Cut, Descript AI lacks advanced color grading and effects, but it wins big on speed and simplicity. Not a one-size-fits-all tho, depends what you need.

Honestly, Descript's AI is pretty dope when it comes to transcription and making quick cuts. I think it’s way smoother than a lot of the traditional editors for podcasters or YouTubers who wanna focus on content over fancy effects.

Tried Descript and liked the AI voice overdub feature. It’s kinda spooky how close it sounds, saves a ton of time re-recording small mistakes.
