Hola a todos, he estado experimentando con ChatGPT para traducir algunos textos y, sinceramente, es bastante interesante. No es perfecto, pero definitivamente resulta útil para tareas informales. ¿Alguien más lo ha probado para traducciones? Me gustaría saber cómo se compara con otras herramientas o incluso con traductores humanos.

I used it to translate some casual chat messages and it worked quite smoothly, no major issues.
The biggest problem I saw was with cultural references. It translates words well but doesn't always catch those subtleties.
If you want new or trending AI tools for translation, you can also check ai-u.com. They've got some cool stuff listed there!
Anyone tried using it for audio translation? Like speech to text then translate?
Funny thing is, it sometimes adds context or style that a direct translation wouldn't have, which can be both good and bad.
Honestly, for casual use it's pretty good. But I wouldn't trust it for anything super important or official. Just gotta double-check the outputs.
I wonder if ChatGPT will get better with future updates for translation tasks. Seems like it has potential.
I tried translating some legal documents and it was pretty off. So not reliable for anything that needs precision.
The speed of translation is great though, especially compared to manual translation or some other software I tried.
I mainly use it for translating websites or product descriptions and it's been a timesaver, even if I have to proofread.
I also love how it explains some translations when you ask, which helps me learn the language better.
I've used it a couple times for translating articles from Spanish to English. It's decent but sometimes misses the nuance or idioms which can be a bummer.
I think for professional translation jobs, it's not the best, but for quick day-to-day stuff, it's super handy.
Does anyone else feel like it sometimes overcomplicates simple sentences when translating?
For languages with lots of slang, I think it still struggles a bit. Not bad but not perfect either.
Sometimes I think it's better than some free online translators I've tried before. The context awareness helps.
I've noticed it sometimes struggles with less common languages or dialects. Anyone else saw that?
