Subir archivos Excel para su uso en ChatGPT

Could someone share a quick example of how to format Excel data for copying into ChatGPT?

I've been using Google Sheets to simplify my Excel files and then paste the data from there, works smoother for me.

I sometimes convert the Excel data to JSON format and then paste it for more structure when chatting with GPT.

I just break down the spreadsheet to smaller parts and input them piecewise. Tedious but works.
