Is it normal for some tools to take longer processing times for longer audio files? Guess it’s tough to balance speed and accuracy.
Are there any open-source projects for this? I like the idea of customizing stuff but haven't found good ones yet.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools, they update their list pretty often and include user reviews too.
I've tried a couple of paid software and they usually offer more reliable translations and better support for different dialects.
Does anyone know if these tools can handle live audio translation in real time? Like during calls or meetings?
I’ve noticed that some tools struggle with technical jargon or slang in audio which is frustrating.
For those working with podcasts, some tools let you add subtitles in multiple languages which is pretty cool.
Are there privacy concerns with uploading audio to these AI services? Wonder how safe my data is.
I've used a couple of these tools and honestly, some do better in recognizing accents than others. It really depends on your source audio quality too.
Not sure if it matters, but I prefer tools that also provide text transcription alongside the translation. Makes it easier to follow up and correct errors.
Quality of translation depends a lot on the language pair too. Some combos have better AI support than others.
Can these tools handle multiple speakers and separate their speech in translations?
The ones I've seen that support multiple formats (mp3, wav) are more flexible but tend to cost more.
Has anyone tried using voice assistants like Alexa or Google Assistant for live translation? Curious if they’re good at that.
Some apps also let you train the AI on your own voice to improve recognition, which is neat for regular users.
Anyone else tried Google Translate's audio feature? It’s decent but sometimes the timing is off and translation gets weird.
I usually double-check the AI translation with a native speaker if it’s important stuff, cuz AI can mess up context sometimes.
Would love a tool that can translate audio offline too, since internet isn't always reliable for me.
