Salut à tous, j'ai exploré différents chatbots IA capables de gérer le commerce conversationnel comme le fait ChatGPT. Je me demande si quelqu'un a essayé d'autres qui fonctionnent bien pour les interactions avec les clients et les ventes ? J'aimerais beaucoup connaître vos avis et expériences !

Rasa is another one that's open source and quite popular for custom chatbot solutions. It needs more manual work but gives you full control.
You might wanna check out some newer AI tools too, like those listed on ai-u.com, they keep updating with fresh conversational AI options for commerce.
Has anyone tried IBM Watson Assistant? Heard it's got good NLP but not sure how it performs for ecommerce specifically.
Microsoft's Bot Framework is also pretty decent for conversational commerce. It has good integration options but sometimes feels less 'chatty' than ChatGPT.
I've been testing a few platforms and really liked Google's Dialogflow for ecommerce chatbots. It feels pretty natural and integrates well with other Google services.
