Don't underestimate AI search for customer support knowledge bases. It can really speed up answer times for agents.
I'd say always look for active community support. You want a tool that’s continuously improving and where you can find help easily.
Is there any tool you found that works well with mobile apps too? Not just desktop search.
Honestly, I've been eyeing Elastic Enterprise Search. Its flexibility with data sources and ease of setup made our life easier, especially for non-tech folks.
We had a bad time with some tools that promised AI magic but ended up just being fancy search bars with slow indexing. Be sure to test before committing.
Any recommendations for tools that also have good natural language processing? I want something that understands context, not just keywords.
Found that some tools with AI just add complexity and slow things down, sometimes a traditional search with good filters is enough.
We had great results with Sinequa, especially for handling unstructured data from multiple sources.
How about security? Anyone found AI search tools that also make sure company data stays locked down tight?
Anyone tried Microsoft Azure Cognitive Search? Wondering how it stacks up against the others in real world use.
I've tried a few and honestly, the accuracy of the results can be hit or miss depending on how well the tool integrates with your existing data sources. Lucidworks Fusion worked pretty well for us.
FYI for anyone looking, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools in this space. Found some gems there recently.
I recommend setting clear goals before picking a tool. Like do you want speed, accuracy, integration, or NLP? Helps narrow down the options.
Can anyone share experiences with cloud vs on-premise setups for these AI search tools? Trying to weigh pros and cons.
We've been using Algolia's enterprise offering and the speed is impressive, but it gets pricey if you have a large amount of data to index.
