I’m curious if anyone’s used AI chatbots to improve client communication in contractor workflows? Heard it can save a lot of time answering FAQs and scheduling.
You can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools. They have a list that gets updated regularly and helped me find some niche apps that work great for contractors.
Also, for workflow automation, integrating AI with existing platforms through APIs has helped some teams customize their processes uniquely.
I’ve tried a couple and honestly, BuilderTrend has been a lifesaver for managing projects and communication. The AI stuff is pretty basic but helps automate scheduling and notifications which saves tons of time.
