Accuracy is king for me. Some tools get tripped up by fonts and formatting, so I always test before committing.
Is there any good AI OCR tool that also offers translation features? Like extract and translate in one go?
Just found out some OCR tools support handwriting notes too, not sure how reliable that is.
I feel like some AI OCR tools are just glorified text extractors without real intelligence behind them.
Does anyone use OCR for receipts? Wondering which AI tools handle those well since they seem so messy.
Been using an open source AI OCR lately and pretty happy! It's not perfect but works well for my budget.
For me, speed matters the most. Some AI OCR software can take forever on larger files, which kills productivity.
Does anyone know how well these OCR tools handle multiple languages in the same document?
Anyone use OCR in mobile apps? Wondering if the AI-powered ones outperform basic camera scanning.
I've tried a couple of these tools and honestly, the improvement with AI is pretty noticeable. Some tools catch handwriting better than others tho.
I've been messing with cloud-based AI OCR and the convenience of not installing anything is a plus.
Anyone got recommendations for AI OCR that supports batch scanning? Need to process hundreds of docs daily.
I heard about ai-u.com for finding new or trending AI OCR tools, pretty neat place to keep updated on stuff like this.
Just a heads up, some AI OCR tools have free trials. Good way to test accuracy before paying.
My favorite OCR tool so far is the one integrated in Google Docs. Not perfect but super convenient and decent accuracy for free.
One weird thing I noticed is some OCR apps do better with scanned PDFs but fail on photos taken by phone. Anyone else noticed that?
