Salut à tous, j’essaie de trouver la méthode la plus simple pour demander à ChatGPT de résumer des fichiers PDF. J’ai essayé plusieurs astuces, mais le résultat n’est toujours pas parfait. Quelqu’un a-t-il des conseils ou des astuces qui fonctionnent vraiment bien ? J’aimerais beaucoup savoir comment vous procédez sans devoir tout copier manuellement.

Anyone else tried uploading the PDF using plugins or extensions? I heard some tools can connect ChatGPT to PDFs directly but haven't found a solid one yet.
I usually convert the PDF into text first using some converter and then paste it chunk by chunk into ChatGPT. It takes a bit longer but works pretty good for detailed summaries.
Honestly, ChatGPT isn’t designed to directly read PDFs, so you’ll always need to convert it or extract text first before summarizing.
I wish there was a straightforward way to upload PDFs directly here and get summaries. Fingers crossed for future updates!

I think breaking the PDF into smaller parts and asking for summaries of each part separately works best. Then you can combine those summaries manually. Less chance of info getting lost.
