Hey everyone, I've been digging into how AI can help with moderating user interviews lately. It's kinda wild how much this tech can improve the whole process, but I'm still figuring out which tools actually work well in real situations. Anyone else tried using AI for this and wanna share your experiences or tips? Would love to hear what's working and what's just hype!

Honestly, mix of AI and human is best. AI handles boring stuff like transcriptions and summaries, but human moderators catch the real feeling of the convo.
It’s kinda cool to see how AI can help even in such a human-centered process like user interviews. Just hope we keep control over how it's used.
Sometimes the AI suggests weird questions that don’t fit the flow. Just gotta be ready to ignore some suggestions.
Does anyone know if there's an AI tool that can detect emotions or sentiment during interviews? That'd be super useful in my work.
Have you tried Otter.ai? It's pretty popular for transcriptions and some interview features too.
So glad someone else is thinking about this! I feel like AI tools for moderating user interviews are still super new and kinda experimental.
I mostly use AI for scheduling interviews and reminders, which isn’t moderation exactly but still makes everything smoother.
AI definitely cuts down post-interview work by summarizing key points but you gotta check the summaries for accuracy or you might miss stuff.
I started using an AI transcription tool to capture interviews and it's been a game changer for me. Saves so much time on notes and lets me focus on the convo.
I’m worried AI might bias how interviews are interpreted, especially if it’s trained on limited data. Anyone else with concerns?
I tried an AI that suggests follow-up questions during live interviews. It was kinda clunky tho, missed context a few times and felt distracting.
Would love to see AI that can flag when a participant seems uncomfortable or confused during the interview. That’d be next level.
Been using AI to organize interview clips and tag important moments, super handy for sharing with the team afterwards.
