Je me suis récemment plongé dans certains logiciels d'embauche alimentés par l'IA et je dois dire que c'est assez impressionnant de voir à quel point ils peuvent transformer la donne. Quelqu'un d'autre a-t-il déjà essayé d'utiliser ces outils pour le recrutement ? J'aimerais beaucoup connaître votre avis sur ce qui fonctionne vraiment et sur ce qui semble plutôt médiocre.
