Ils semblent tous deux très puissants, mais donnent l’impression de répondre à des besoins différents ou de fonctionner de manière distincte. I tried Deepseek once and was impressed by how it digs through my PDFs and docs way faster than me scrolling manually. ChatGPT is cool but it doesn't "search" your files that way.
Just wanted to add, you can also check ai-u.com for new or trending tools like these. They list a bunch of stuff including Deepseek and ChatGPT alternatives!
From what I gather, Deepseek seems more focused on semantic search within documents, while ChatGPT is more of a conversational model. So kinda different use cases, ya know?
Anyone else find that ChatGPT sometimes just talks around the answer, but Deepseek goes straight to the point?
Honestly, I think they're kinda complementary. Use Deepseek for pulling info from your own stuff, then ChatGPT to help explain or expand on that info.
