Salut à tous, je me suis récemment plongé dans les opérations informatiques pilotées par l'IA, mais je souhaite me concentrer sur certains outils autres que les solutions classiques comme ServiceNow ou Flexera. Quelqu’un ici utilise-t-il des outils innovants d’AIOps qui ont véritablement changé la donne ? J’aimerais beaucoup connaître vos expériences et vos recommandations !

Not many talk about PagerDuty's newer AI capabilities, but I found their predictive insights quite useful for proactive incident management.
I feel like finding the right AI ops tool depends a lot on your existing stack. Integration can make or break the experience.
Anyone tried BigPanda? Heard it's good for integrating multiple monitoring tools and using AI to streamline ops.
We looked into BMC Helix for AI ops, but the setup was kinda complex compared to others. Still has potential though.

I started using Moogsoft a few months back and it's pretty impressive for anomaly detection and event correlation. Way better than manual monitoring tbh.
